At Evertech, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Evertech products are covered by a 1-year to 2-year warranty, depending on the product and model. The applicable warranty period is mentioned on the product packaging, invoice, or product documentation.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects occurring during normal use of the product within the applicable warranty period.
Products accepted under warranty will be repaired or replaced, as applicable, within 30 days from the date the defective product is accepted at our warranty centre, subject to product inspection and warranty eligibility.
Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty will be considered void in cases of:
- Water or liquid damage
- Physical or accidental damage
- Product being opened, modified, repaired or tampered with by an unauthorized person
- Tampered, damaged or removed barcode, serial number or warranty seal
- Burnt or damaged components caused by improper use, incorrect voltage, short circuit or external electrical conditions
- Use of the product beyond its specified capacity, rating or intended application
How to Claim Warranty
To claim warranty service, the customer must bring the defective product to an authorized Evertech warranty centre along with the original purchase invoice. The invoice should contain or correspond with the product/model and serial number, wherever applicable.
Upon submission, the customer will receive an inward receipt acknowledging receipt of the defective product. This receipt must be retained and presented when collecting the repaired or replacement product.
Collection of Repaired / Replaced Products
Customers are requested to collect repaired or replacement products promptly after being informed that they are ready for collection.
Products that remain unclaimed for more than 3 months from the date the customer is notified for collection may be treated as abandoned and disposed of by the company, subject to applicable law. The company will not be responsible for such products thereafter.
Limitation of Liability
Evertech’s responsibility under warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Evertech product, as applicable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evertech will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or failure of the product, including damage to other equipment or devices connected to the Evertech product.
Nothing in this warranty policy is intended to limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
